International Workshop – Green Infrastructure for Sustainable Urban Planning

Centre for Environmental Research and Impact StudiesFaculty of Geography – University of Bucharest and Society for Urban Ecology – South East Europe Chapter are inviting you to attend the International Workshop Green Infrastructure for Sustainable Urban Planning to be held in Bucharest, July 6-9, 2017.

The workshop is aiming to represent a platform of debates which will help scientists, public administration and other stakeholders exchange experiences on the use of Green Infrastructures (GI) in the sustainable planning of cities and it is organized in the framework of the project PN-II-RU-TE-2014-4-0434 Developing a model for evaluating the potential of urban green infrastructures for sustainable planning.

No fee is required to participate at the workshop.

*A fee of 50 Euro (to be paid on site) is required for participation at Field trip B (it covers all traveling and food expenses)

Papers presented in the conference can be published as full articles in Carpathian Journal of Earth and Environmental Sciences.

Papers must fulfill the editorial requirements of the journal.

The articles will follow the revision process of the journal, facilitated by the organizing committee. The deadline for submission of full articles is August 15th 2017. More information can be found in the Conference bag.
